Are your products original designs?
Yes. All MomoFuns products are exclusively designed and proudly created by MomoFuns. We focus on quality, compatibility, durability, and thoughtful design.

How are your products made?
Our products are manufactured using high-quality 3D printing technology. Each item is printed layer by layer with care and precision.

Why does processing take 1–3 days?
All items are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for printing and preparation prior to shipment. This allows us to ensure consistent quality for every order.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor cosmetic variations (such as subtle layer lines or small surface marks) may occur. These are non-functional and do not affect durability or performance. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment.

Shipping & Processing

How long does processing take?
Processing (printing and preparation) typically takes 1–3 business days before shipment.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for non-personalized products.

Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Who is responsible for return shipping?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as re-shipping costs for exchanges.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact help@momofuns.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for the return process.
